Terms and Conditions

Payment of commissioned work

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total commission price is required to initiate the design process. This deposit secures your order. Payments can be made online by Stripe payment link or by card or cash payment in person. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the commissioned piece. The client will be notified when the item is ready for delivery or collection. Final payment must be completed by one of the above methods, prior to the delivery or collection of the commissioned piece unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


Payment of non-commission work


All purchases of non-commissioned jewellery must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payments can be made online by Stripe payment link or with card or cash payment in person.

Time frame of commission jewellery and art work

Please allow plenty of time for your hand made, one-off, piece of jewellery or art. Sourcing the best materials from the best suppliers possible, designing and making each individual piece by hand all takes time. We estimate between 1 and 4 month lead time depending on the demand at time of order. Please ask Tiffany for current lead time if you wish to have your jewellery or art by a certain date.


Ring size alterations

Please be sure you order the correct ring size. A ring sizing service is available on most rings for a minimum fee at €100. Return postage conditions apply.

Delivery

All pieces are sent by registered post unless otherwise specified. Jewellery that is already available to buy, is posted within 1 to 3 working days after purchase. Please allow 1 full weeks for postage within Ireland and longer for all other destinations. Postage is included in price, however additional courier service charges may apply if necessary or requested for postage in Ireland or overseas. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes or customs duties associated with the purchase.
We will supply you with a tracking number once your order has been posted. Please note someone must be available to sign for your delivery. We do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer a refund and exchange policy under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the date your parcel arrives, in their original condition and packaging.
  • Exchanges are permitted; however, please note that we cannot refund or exchange bespoke items or jewellery that has been altered at your request.

 

Return postage We recommend using an insured and reliable postal service for returns, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please be aware that we do not cover postage costs or accept responsibility for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.

Refund method Any refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 28 days of receipt of the return.
